Office Moves/Relocation/Configurations: This is a potential opportunity available in the back half of 2021 – we have existing suppliers that currently do this work for our Enterprise, but as we re-evaluate our footprint of real estate, we may need resources to move office furniture regionally (or nationally) and re-configure office standards to meet the workplace of the future.

This would not include interior design, building or designing new office standards.

This could also include the purchasing of some standard materials such as dividers or lockers.

This project is dependent on strategies that are currently in progress and are set to be finalized in Q2 – thus leading to a sourcing opportunity potentially in 2021.

Supplier Requirements

  • Regional (Midwest, South, or East) OR National capabilities
  • SLAs related to delivery timing, quality (no damage), efficiency
  • Connection or network of partners with recycling capabilities
  • Compliance with COVID protocols and supplier tracking in accordance with
  • Corporate policiesAbility to provide necessary training to staff
  • Budget management and tracking
  • Adherence to schedule and design/layout
